Deer Tree Hills is a mobile home/condominium community. The Declaration of Condominium was recorded in Leon County Public Records in September 1975 by developers, William H. Rehbaum, III and wife Gayle G. Rehbaum. The Condominium Association was incorporated October 1977. Deer Tree Hills is a quiet park with a playground is located off Highway 20 just outside of Capital Circle Southwest. The assessments for Deer Tree are $155 per month. This fee covers the water, sewer, trash, playground, common areas and the reserve accounts in additional to association expenses. Trash is picked up on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Trash must be in bags inside a can beside the road by noon on these days. Leaves and other small yard debris may be placed in bags to be picked up around the 15th and 30th of each month. Yard debris may also be taken to the top of Spotted Deer to the designated area. Trees must be removed by the tree company or yourself. 

The Water/Sewer system is privately owned by the association. Please do not empty grease down the drains or flush items are than toilet paper and human waste. Please do not flush diapers, feminine products or other paper products. The Board of Governors are volunteers who are interested in the betterment of the community. Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. 5293 Key Deer.  The annual meeting of the members is held in September and all members are notified of this meeting. An application for residency must be completed and an application fee paid prior to residency.
